Utter destruction and perdition

Al-tabar is destruction and annihilation. Allah says: "Do not increase the unjust except in tabar" [Nuh/28]. Al-tibr (raw gold) is named so because it is fragmented. This is Nuh's du'a after 950 years of calling his people.
📝The Surah ends with one of the most comprehensive du'as: "My Lord, forgive me, my parents, whoever enters my house as a believer, and all believing men and women." Even at the end, Nuh (AS) prayed for the entire ummah of believers.
